Lowell, MA — In mid-December 2022, Fred C. Church Insurance welcomed Amy Daley to its Commercial Insurance team as a client executive. In this role, Daley will work primarily with clients in the company’s education vertical and serve the insurance and risk management needs of educational institutions across the U.S., including K-12 independent schools, colleges, universities, public schools, and more.
Over the past three decades, Daley has worked for some of the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firms, mutual insurance, and reinsurance companies. She has cultivated a broad range of capabilities by serving in a wide variety of roles, from broker to property and casualty reinsurance underwriter, commercial underwriter, and loss control specialist. Most recently, Daley has concentrated her talents and wisdom on assisting clients in the healthcare and education sectors with their complex risk management and insurance needs.
“Adding Amy to our already well-established education practice raises the bar to a whole new level,” said Chris Duble, Fred C. Church chief executive officer and client executive. “She brings an exceptional level of insurance knowledge and risk management expertise to this vertical, along with an abundance of energy and enthusiasm for superior client service.”
Colleagues and clients point to Daley’s commitment to building relationships as one of her singular traits. She even has her own motto—the three C’s—that dictates all her interactions. “Whether I’m working with an insured, provider, or team member, I strive for excellent communication, collaboration, and connections,” said Daley. “The client executive role at Fred C. Church is the ideal environment for me to put this into practice.”
Daley has positively impacted the industry via numerous volunteer roles, including serving on the Board and Affiliates Committee for the University Risk Management & Insurance Association (URMIA) and the Advisory Council for the Center for Campus Fire Safety. She is also a founding member of Women in Insurance in New England (W.I.N.E.), and a member of the Board of Trustees for Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, MA, and serves on the Facilities Committee for San Miguel School in Providence, RI. Additionally, Daley volunteers with many nonprofits in her community.
Daley has an Insurance Producer Property & Casualty license through the state of Rhode Island Division of Insurance and an associate in risk management (ARM) from The Institutes. She also has a bachelor of business administration from Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI, and a master of business administration from the University of Hartford, CT.
