Jessica Zapata of Lowell has joined the staff of Fred C. Church Insurance.   Jessica has been hired as a Personal Lines Account Manager in the agency’s Lowell headquarters.  She brings three years of insurance experience and is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer.
